My AC died in July, how fast can you really come?+

Same day for no-cool calls in summer, usually within hours, we hold morning slots exactly for this, and homes with seniors or babies jump the line. Call rather than book online when it's urgent.

How often does an AC need service in Boise?+

Twice a year here, a spring cooling tune-up and a fall heating check. Desert dust and 4,000+ run-hours a year are brutal; the tune-up is where July breakdowns get caught in April.

Repair or replace, how do I know you're being honest?+

We show you the math on one sheet: age, repair cost, efficiency gap. Under the industry's 50% rule we repair without drama. Our techs aren't paid commission on replacements, that's deliberate.

What does a new AC actually cost?+

Replacement pricing depends on system size and efficiency. You get a fixed written quote with options side by side, never a "starting at" surprise.

Why is one room always hotter than the rest?+

Usually ductwork, not the AC, leaks, kinks or bad balance. We measure static pressure and room-by-room airflow, then fix the actual restriction. It's often a few hundred dollars, not a new system.

Which filter should I use, and how often?+

Monthly in summer, every 2–3 months otherwise, dust season is real. A quality pleated MERV 8–11 suits most homes; go higher only if your blower can handle it (we'll tell you at the tune-up).

What's covered by your warranty?+

Two years on our workmanship in writing, plus full manufacturer warranties on equipment (typically years on parts when registered, we handle the registration so you don't lose it).
